Shorebird coffee is a mobile espresso bar offering specialty coffee out of a renovated '91 Dodge van, serving coffee and tea with alternatives to single-use plastic cups.
As surfers and ocean-lovers who frequent the sea shore there’s constant awareness of little changes like fluctuating tides, shifting sands and frequency of waves. We can’t help but notice all the big changes too. Our impacts on the coast from plastic pollution to coastal erosion mean the habitats of shorebirds are shrinking.
At shorebird coffee we’re interested in finding sustainable ways to continue to do the things we love like surf, enjoy the sandy beaches and drink coffee.
Surfing is the closest we’ve ever been to flying and we just want to be shorebirds by the sea.
